End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee," "User," or "You") and NetProSoft ("Licensor," "We," or "Us") governing your purchase and use of our web hosting and SaaS control panel software ("Software").

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1.1 Perpetual License: Upon a valid one-time payment, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Software on one (1) Linux-based server (dedicated or KVM VPS) under a single domain name ("Licensed Domain").

1.2 License Restrictions:

• The license is tied to the Licensed Domain and cannot be transferred to another domain without written permission from Licensor.
• You may not redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the Software.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Software (except as permitted by applicable law).
• The Software may only be installed on Linux servers.

2.1 Initial Term: Your purchase includes one (1) year of software updates and technical support from the date of purchase.

2.2 Renewal: After the first year, you may renew support and updates for an additional fee. If not renewed, you may continue using the Software without updates or support.

2.3 Support Scope: Support includes bug fixes, security patches, and minor version updates. It does not cover:

• Custom development or feature requests.
• Server administration or third-party software issues.
• Support for outdated or unsupported Linux distributions.

3.1 One-Time Fee: The Software is sold as a one-time purchase with no recurring fees (unless support is renewed).

3.2 30-Day Refund Policy:

• If you are unsatisfied with the Software, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after verification.
• After 30 days, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

4.1 Breach of Agreement: Licensor may terminate this Agreement if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Software.

4.2 Survival: Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability will remain in effect after termination.

5.1 No Warranty: The Software is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Licensor does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

5.2 Limitation of Liability: Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.

Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance.
